PRICE NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON TIME AND LENGTH OF STAY To confirm your reservation you need to pay earnest money (about 30% of the price for the whole stay) within 4 days from the date of making the reservation via phone or internet. Should you fail to pay the earnest money within this period the e-booking system automatically cancels the reservation and the house becomes available for other customers to book on-line. Therefore, we encourage you to pay the earnest money in time. The rest of the payment for the stay must be paid in advance on the day of arrival and during the check-in. Should you decide to shorten your stay or resign from it altogether we do not refund the difference for the unused days, nor the earnest money. |
