About the accommodation
 

The houses are located in a private, gated area, about 300 meters from the sea, near the Sports Walk of Stars (Aleja Gwiazd Sportu) and the main street (ul. Morska) leading to the beach. The area is very green, the street is quiet and there is no seasonal trading or night discos.

Each of our guests is given a key to their house and the entrance to the gated area, which makes the area inaccessible to strangers and ensures security. All the houses have wireless internet and cable TV with a great number of channels.

For the sake of security and in order to eliminate the problem of unpleasant smell in the houses, smoking in houses is forbidden. Our guests are also required not to fry fish in the houses. We offer a separate kitchen or a gas barbeque.

Our offer includes also a ground floor flat in a family house, for 4 (maximum 6) people: bathroom with bathtub, 3 rooms for -2 people, fully equipped kitchen, hall, cable TV in every room, wireless internet, tourist equipment, parking space and rooms for 2 or 3 people on the first floor (shared bathrooms).

The price includes all the utilities. It does not include the visitor’s tax. The hotel charging day starts at 2 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 10 am on the day of departure. Due to a limited surface area and in order to maintain comfort, each house may be used as accommodation by the maximum of 4 people.

The reservation must be confirmed by the payment of earnest money (about 30% of the whole payment for the house rental). The earnest money must be transferred into the bank account whose number is given in the PRICE LIST section. The rest of the payment must be settled on the day of arrival.

The minimum reservation period from June 1st to September 15 is 6 days. It is possible to rent a house or the ground floor flat for a shorter period if there is a gap between other reservations. If you want to rent a house for fewer than 6 days contact us by phone.
